This course focuses on the topic of Therapeutic Approaches and techniques that might be usefuel to be oriented in from the perspective of social worker when dealing with various types of clients.We concentrate on the topic of Therapy, its forms and individual approaches together with other related terminology from the point of view of social workers and their use.  This topic is aimed at the therapies and therapeutical tools that might be useful in the context of any helping profession especially in the process of communication. This course provides students with enough information about the similarities and differences between therapy and counselling services and about motivational interviews. It also determines the pros and cons of problem talk and solution talk and makes students do the revision of making questions. The level of the course, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), is B1-B2. The course also aims to refresh and further build up active knowledge ofgrammytical structures and general vocabulary.
